Todd Hoard, C.G.B., has earned his C.G.B. designation from NAHB (National Association of Home Builders). The Certified Graduate Builder (CGB) is an exclusive professional designation designed to emphasize business and project management skills as the key to a professional building operation.

The CGB designation requires that graduates meet prescribed standards of practice, possess a minimum of two years building industry experience, have a proven track record of successful project management, complete comprehensive education curriculum, and pledge to uphold the program's code of ethics.

Inc. has an in house design program, we are the only Custom home builder that we know of, with our own Occupational Therapist on Staff for universal design projects (those clients that have special needs), to review home plans, home evaluations and make suggestions on design to better serve your individual needs.

Obviously the actual construction process, with over twenty-five years of experience, company President Todd Hoard, C.G.B. has acquired a wealth of knowledge of the Home Building industry in central Indiana.
