Todd Hoard Co. Inc. has had experience designing project for many years. We have designed homes and additions, some as small as bath and kitchen remodels, others as large as fifty-seven hundred square feet (5,700 sq. ft.). We’ll be happy to discuss your dream home and incorporate your needs and wants. We have our own Occupational Therapist |

on Staff (for those clients that have special needs) to review home plans, do in home evaluations and make suggestions on design to better serve your individual needs. Our process is: 1st meeting – Meet and greet, get to know each other, what you want, how it will be used, your style, budget, explain cost, go over contracts, (if your ready to get started) collect deposit for design work. 2nd meeting – go over design to date make sure that we are headed in right direction, make adjustments, continued input. 3rd meeting – same as 2nd meeting more detail, continued input 4th meeting – Present completed plans, budget, speciation's, answer any remaining questions If more meetings are required, that can be discussed per project. Time can very by project but should be 2-6 for remodeling, 4-8 weeks for custom homes.
